If you are just checking available dates as part of your initial planning or have decided to book a holiday with us - we ask you to follow some or all of these three simple steps as is appropriate.
- Please check availability of your preferred dates by clicking
here to take you to our 'availability calenders', and then
- Contact Tony or Helen by either eMail or telephoning them on 00 33 5 53 90 58 75 just to make sure no commitments have been made in the last couple of hours and confirm your booking, and then
- Print off a 'booking form' - found by clicking here, fill in the pertinent information and post to us with a cheque for the required deposit.
Guidance notes -
1. Once a commitment has been made by our guests, either by eMail or phone, we allow 5 days grace for the post to catch up.
Then, if nothing has arrived during that period, we make contact just to check the 'post' has not gone awry before releasing those dates back into the 'vacancy' pool.
2. Availability Calenders - these are up-dated when we receive the 'booking form' and deposit. With the '5 days grace', in note 1, you will understand the need for the extra clarification covering any 'commitments' already in the 'pipeline'.
3. We check our eMails at least twice a day, and the phone a message facility which is also checked upon our return.
